I am aware I can output a noteflight score to a midi file , but if my computer has a midi interface I would like to output to that directly so I when I play a score in Noteflight , it outputs simultaneously on the interface so I can play the score on my midi compatible keyboard. 

At the moment to do this I have to create a midi file , then play that file using another application which is a pain if you are composing.

  I agree - I would like to see this functionality.  I use an online midi player, so it must be possible.
