Repeat before the end of the measure

For a song with several verses, I would like to place the repeat more places than just at the end of the measure please.

  I need to know how to put a repeat after beat 3 in a song and I’m not sure how to do it. Too bad we couldn’t just click and drag the repeat sign where ever we wanted it
