An option to type do re mi (as d r m) on the keyboard rather than c d e to get the note in the score.

  That's a good idea! I would like the ability as well to have the solfege syllables appear on the score as text when the notes are entered.

  Yeah! That would not be easier for me, but I can see how other people would benefit from that. That would be nice.
