Set Volume by Number or Percentage

I'd like to set the volume of a particular part by a number (or a percentage), rather than the sliders shown in the Mixer. I'd like to be able to consistently set the volume of different parts rather than trying to eyeball it with the slider.

  I make a lot of practice tracks for my choir for individual parts and eyeballing the volume sliders is less than ideal. It's basically impossible to get them back to the exact center because there is no way to set the volume without the slider. Ctrl+Z cannot even be used to undo the slider change, which is also a pain.
