Can we add an organ  like from church like pipe, flute, 16+4,12+4 organs, and more like different mode and the organ it should have a down button and they would pick what kind of organ they need

  That's not adding just one instrument; that's adding an entire family of instruments. You might want to shop for a dedicated pipe organ sequencer. Ever see an organ concerto performed? It's like a competition between two orchestras. (The real orchestra wins of course because the flute stop, for example, sounds chintzy next to a real flute.)
