The following article only applies if you have a Standalone Noteflight Learn site is not integrated with any learning management software.
If a teacher or student on your Noteflight Learn site reports they are having issues accessing their Noteflight Learn account, there a few things you want to make sure of before further troubleshooting.
- Make sure their account was successfully added to your Noteflight Learn site.
Verify by accessing the Manage Site tab and looking for their account in the Members list.
If you do not see their account there, please follow our instructions for adding members to a standalone Noteflight Learn site. - If you do find their account on your site's Members list, then make sure they are signing into your Noteflight Learn site's specific URL and not www.noteflight.com.
A lot of times students and teachers get confused and think they need to sign into www.noteflight.com, however their Noteflight Learn accounts only exist on your specific Noteflight Learn site. - If their account has been successfully added to your Noteflight Learn site and you ensured they are exclusively signing into your Noteflight Learn site's specific URL, please try resetting their account's password.
