Allow silent parentheses notes

In accordion sheet music, one usually uses a silent note in parentheses to indicate the root note of a particular chord in the left hand. One should be able to place it just like any note, but for it to remain silent.

  I love the idea, but the parenthesis silence should have a toggle button, in case you want it to play.

  I'm unfamiliar with accordion music, but it to me that you might put these notes on a separate staff and lead Noteflight to believe they're for a separate instrument to play. Then you can silence or un-silence them with the mixer palette
