Scoring for World music and alternative accidentals

I am working with scoring for Arabic Music and work with artists around the country and globe.  I would like to set key signatures for alternative modalities (those that include flats and sharps) as well as notating semi tones both half flat and sharp.

The ability to share and collaborate on Noteflight is invaluable adding these features would enable me to do more.
