Misplaced fermata/caesura/etc. playback

I can't figure out a way to recreate this issue from scratch, but often on scores where there are time-related markings (such as fermatas, ritardandos, caesuras...), the markings are played at the wrong time. From what I gather, I think they're played offset by however many measures I start the playback. For example, if I have a fermata on beat 4 of measure 8, but I start the playback in measure 3, it doesn't play the fermata on beat 4 of measure 8 but it plays the fermata on beat 4 of measure 10. (Another example of this is here. If you start the playback in measure 65, it'll go to the D.S. and to the coda properly, but it plays a caesura after measure 68 that was placed after measure 34.)
