a: Please make so that when we move a note up or down the neutral, flat or sharp dose not get removed

and

b: Don't make it automatically change the notes to match the prev key signature when i change the key signature

  For the second suggestion do you mean that it is diatonically snapping the note to the wrong key if you have a change of key signature? 

  Could you give exact steps to reproduce this to make sure I'm understanding if it's a bug?

  Speaking only for myself, I am glad that incidentals disappear when a note is moved. It make a lot more sense and takes into account the key signature.
