Negative Harmony feature?

Is there a way for noteflight to develop a feature that will create Negative Harmonies based off of bits of  selected parts of our scores (or are our entire composition if we want) that we can utilize?  The concept is really intriguing, and I love Rachmaninoff‘s 18th Paganini variation he created using it. I am interested in seeing what I can create from my music!
