Choice of Page Number Location

In addition to the suggestions made by others to allow changing and removal of page numbers, I strongly suggest making it possible to choose the location of a page number.  For example, I want to have odd-numbered page numbers in the upper right and even-numbered page numbers in the upper left.  It's quite frustrating that I can't do that.
