add bagpipes

bagpipes would be a welcome addition to noteflight. because then i could make scotland the brave for the bagpipes.

  Surprisingly, the saxophones make decent bagpipe sounds. I usually use the alto saxophone sound for bagpipes, but play around with others and see what you like the best.
