Custom tuplets

There should be custom tuplets where you can write in how many tuplets you want. Chopin wrote music that had anywhere from 15 to 40 tuplets. Right now you can only make combinations of tuplets, e.g. 5 5 5 for 15 or 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 for 40.
