changing tuning

I love Jacob Collier and have been obsessed with him and what he's doing in his vocal works. I have been getting into the realm of microtones, and have been wanting to experiment with them on a musical software, so I want to request two things.

 

1. Allow half sharp keys and half flat keys. This is way better than using the 1/4 quarter bend button on all the notes. Plus, some of the notes do not work with this feature on multiple instruments. Using a half sharp/half flat key signature would be much more efficient.

 

2. Changing tuning of our pieces and throughout the piece. What I mean by this is; equal temperament is in A4 = 440 Hz. Quarter tones are in A4 = 432 Hz. However, microtones is much more than that. There are so many other possibilities in this realm. You can go as far as A4 = 466 Hz or A4 = 416 Hz. And everything in between basically.

 

In Jacob Collier's song, "Hideaway", he starts the song in A4 = 432 Hz and then gradually rises the tuning to end it in A4 = 440 Hz. I would like the same thing to happen here, and I would like all the notes to work. That's all.

  Damn I want this...

  I want to use it for my transcription of the Windows 95 Startup Sound, which begins 32 cents flat and then becomes 50 cents flat.

  I Love This Software TOO MUCH. But this software should have changable A(4) Pitch. For examle:

  A=430 Hz; A=432 Hz; A=440 Hz; A=442 Hz; A=443 Hz even higher or lower
