Page Footnotes or Page Footer

There should be a way to enter a page footnote that appears on every page with the option of omitting the first page. Without footnotes or footers, how would the conductor know that a specific page goes with a specific piece? If a page gets separated from the piece, how does the conductor know with piece of music it belongs to when they have a portfolio of music pieces, if the pages fall on the floor, etc. The title of the piece should be footnoted on every page, etc.
