Disable Student Sharing

As a teacher, I would like to be able to disable score sharing between students. Despite all the obvious benefits, sharing files allows for cheating in many scenarios. It is too much work to check individual accounts for sharing and change them after the act. I should still be able to share with them, and them with me, just not with each other.
