Copy and INSERT

I'd like to copy a 10 bar section of the song (say a bridge) from some where in the beginning and INSERT somewhere later in the middle of the song, without having to manually add the 10 measures, and without overwriting measures in the destination section.

Now a paste will overwrite, unless manually add the 10 measures.

If there is a way I haven't found it in the application or in the help pages.
