Numeric Rehearsal Marks

I used to use numerical rehearsal marks when I wrote by hand. This was partly because I was often too lazy to write measure numbers at the beginning of each system, but mostly because if I decided to insert or delete an additional rehearsal mark with letters. I’d have to erase and rewrite each one that comes after. Neither is a problem with a musical notation program. I really don’t think this a pressing matter when there is so much more important wrong with Noteflight.

and it is alway VERY hard to click on the letter to edit it because it fall in alignment with the bar marker. Takes me several tries to do this. Pretty frustrating, actually.

This would be a terrific feature improvement.

    thank you

I agree, but I'm not sure what you mean by "entered manually". Inserting a text numeral with no box? That doesn't cut it.

"entered manually" == you have to enter an alphabetic rehearsal mark, then manually change the rehearsal mark text to a number, e.g., change a "D" to a "4".
