Brackets and braces

We need the ability to add brackets to the score.

Managing the brackets could be done via the Parts section, where you let us have full freedom of which parts to be bracketed (or even braced). If a part get "bracket" toggled on, that part gets a bracket. If two or more parts in a row are bracketed, the bracket covers all parts (see image above).
