Improve glissando for string instruments.

Glissando sounds very chromatic when played over string instruments, when it should sound like a slide.

  I second this, there should really be slides for every instrument, even if some of them would be realistically impossible to do like the harp. Been working on a transcription which requires the double bass part to slide instead of an awkward glissando. Also, the ability to change the speed of the slide.

  The current glissando playback on Noteflight is simply atrocious. Portamento is a very basic part of music and needs to be made available
