Add New Instrument: Tam-Tam or Gong

I would like to request that the Tam-tam/Gong is added to the Noteflight instrument list. The Tam-tam/gong has a special sound that cannot really be imitated very well by other percussion instruments.

  Considering how long Noteflight has been around, I'm surprised they haven't added Tam-tam.
