If you open a score and see the "Error Loading Score" message, please try the following:
- Close out of the score's webpage
- Open the same score from another web browser or device.
- If the score opens there, make any edit and then Save.
- Return to your original browser/device and see if you can now load your score successfully from there
- If the issue is persisting, clear your primary browser’s cache and open the score again.
If you are still unable to load your score after trying all of the above, please contact email@example.com and provide the score’s URL.
