If you are in accounts payable and need to purchase for a teacher in your school or district, you can certainly do this. You have a couple of options:
1. For purchase orders, you can simply give the PO number to your teacher and allow them to login and purchase Noteflight Learn directly using a PO. Teachers can add your email in the Billing Email field under additional info so you will receive the invoice directly.
2. For credit cards, you can share the CC number with the teacher if possible, or have them log into their account for you to apply the credit card manually. Teachers can add your email in the "Billing Email" field under additional info, so you will receive the invoice directly.
3. Or, you can also have the teacher share their login credentials with you, even with a temporary password, so you can login as them to make the purchase.
